      The professional drawing stainless steel would not only make the shape of pot body needed smoothly, and there is no drawing line on the surface because it is better for the polishing after the drawing. At the same time, the brightness of the material itself also determines whether the materials is apt to be polished or not. Generally speaking, the 2B surface, fog surface or stainless steel surface with low brightness are more difficult to polish; while the surface with certain brightness would be polished easily. For stretching, mirror stainless steel coil does not mean to be good for drawing.

Stainless steel circles with the same performance will also show different drawing effects under different molds, different lubrication effects and different pressures.

We could not regulate the outer condition of customers in drawing, but we could ensure that our material could meet the drawing requirement within certain range. Normally, we would judge the drawing performance of materials according to their tensile test result, i.e. hardness, tensile strength and elongation.

The performance of material would be varied. Seen from performance, in the stainless 201, 410, 430 and 304, the 304 has the best drawing performance, and the elongation rate could reach 65%, so as to draw the pot with large deformation; and the 201, 430 and 410 is the second series whose elongation rate could reach 28% – 30%.Such elongation rate could meet the stretching of most of products

Normally, pots are made of stainless steel 201,304, 316, 410 and 430. The pots with stainless steel 316 is the most expensive, and it is followed by that of 304.

The pots made by these two materials should be the high-end products. The price of them made of 201 and 430 stainless steel coil price is half of that of 304, and the stainless steel 201, 410and 430 have interchangeability in applications, so many factories would purchase the cheaper materials according to the marketing price of 201 and 430 when they have different prices, so that their price gap could be narrowed.

However, the 201 has no magnetic while the 430 has it, and they also have different manganese content, so they could not be exchanged in the pot products.

As the cheapest material, stainless steel 410 would be made of some low-end products or cookware parts that do not come into direct contact with food.
